CUSTOM BEEF

Our cattle at Western Legacy Farm and Ranch come from a seven generation herd of Angus Cross cattle. They are homegrown and make premium beef. Our cattle have always been raised on the mountains of southern Utah and the deserts of the Arizona Strip. These cattle are grass fed, hormone free and finished on grain before they go to the packer. We use Kaibab Processing to pack and wrap your beef.

Place Order

Place an order for a whole, half or quarter share of beef.

Give us a call to place your order and schedule pick up time.

Cut Sheet

Look at this cut sheet and decide what exactly you want out of your beef. We'll discuss your specifications when you place your order.

Pick Up

We will text you a date and time to pick up your beef. It comes fully wrapped, frozen, and neatly packed in boxes for easy transport.

Whole Beef

$3,400 - 4,000 total, depending on steer weight and cut specifications

$5.25/lb hanging weight + about $1.25/lb for cut and wrap fees

$1,800 - 2,400 total, depending on steer weight and cut specifications
